Dar has to work on an assignment so we got back early today. After the move to new office, lunch place is near a market place which I can easily buy fresh lettuce and salad ingredients. So we decided to eat salad with our royal pies tonight.
It was just a simple salad with lemon olive oil dressing that qe bought from Italy! Wow! The dressing was so fragrant and nice! Added smoke salmon, bacon bits, tomatoes, parmesan and eggs. Tried to use my fingers to make sure each piece of lettuce wad dressed! And the results turned out lovely!
It's now officially known as house salad #2! too bad, in the midst of eating I have forgotten to take a pic!
