Hokkaido ramen!

Went for my Mani and pedi at wheelock so I tried one of the small eateries at ion b4. Found this eatery that sells Hokkaido ramen. They only sell like a few types but u could have a choice of red/white/soya sauce for the soup base. The egg did not come with the ramen so I ordered one to try.
The soup was nice!! Pork also tasty and not too fatty. Very well done. Oh the egg was very moist on the inside and even the white tasted great!
